200 Classes and Free Training for Students in Joomla and Drupal
Last year in early December we reached a key milestone in our growth: 100 live classes.
That landmark coincided with the holiday season so we celebrated by giving back: we held a free class for 16 non-profit organizations in Atlanta.
Fast forward almost a year and last week we hit another milestone: 200 live classes!
Those Joomla and Drupal classes were held all across North America and England, from Los Angeles to London and from Vancouver to Miami.
This year’s landmark also coincided with the holiday season and so we’ve decided to give back again, only bigger and better:
The 2010 Special Offer for Students
Are you a school or university student? Does your class want to learn how to build websites with Joomla or Drupal?
This year, we’re going to provide free training sessions to groups of students across North America and England.
We’ll come to your school or university and spend time training you in Joomla or Drupal. We’ll come to your venue, teach the class and then we’ll also give you 2 months of full access to our online training and support.
Why? Our goal is to help more students to learn and use Open Source software. All of our staff have been both teachers and developers and this project is where we can really give back effectively.

- Ideal group sizes are between 5 and 15 people.
- You will need to provide a location to hold the training. A computer lab would be ideal but a meeting room would suffice if you can bring lap-tops.

Sorry to hear that Victor. Maybe in 2011 or 2012 we’ll try and go international!
